About Us

ELW is a group of web designers serving the Inland Empire. We met as graduate students in computer science at the University of California Riverside. California is a great place to start a web design company because there are so many small businesses that could benefit from improving their visibility on the web. As computer scientists we know the limits of designing a web site to take advantage of temporary search engine algorithms such as those used by Google, Yahoo, and Bing. We prefer to design web sites with the goal of allowing easy changes, while still generating new customers for small businesses.
